The location is favourable very close to good eating places and great bars and restaurants and the main attractions with very good transport links, and the rooms are new-fashioned. Staff are extremely friendly and pretty friendly here, with extremely friendly receptionist.

The staff was accommodating with extremely friendly receptionist, and the location was great. Eric made everything for all of us. We loved smooth check-in too.

Thanks a lot for real good stay, having setting to all the major attractions. People who work there are excellent and amiable. It has a dishwasher, coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator. The apartment has magnificent and stunning just next door to an expat hangout where the barbrarians are friendly, restaurants and great bars and restaurants.

Accommodating staff with extremely friendly receptionist, modern rooms and excellent service. Great location, not too far from an official residence. And just next door to the plaza de espana metro station and many restaurants: )

Stylish rooms here.
Perfect place to visit short walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and J bookstore. Nice surrounding, set close to metro station.

eric vokel exceeded expectations on this budget stay, definitely better than my previous madrid experience. helpful reception, clean apartment, and great location near metro and shops. a top recommendation for families looking for a practical and welcoming place to stay.
No roof terrace available.

An excellent apartment, very lovely stay.
Location easy to get taxi. Nice surrounding, near to a metro station, Supermarket, and Gran Via, Callo, and a lot of nice places to eat.
